We're currently experiencing an issue affecting payments made by Debit or Credit card, using the Stripe payment gateway.
We are looking into this and are communicating with Stripe to get this resolved asap.
In the meantime, we advise customers wishing to make payment via Debit or Credit card, to use the PayPal option at checkout and using the option to pay with a card.
Once we know more we'll be sure to update this incident report.
