We are aware of an issue where customers are unable to make payment via debit or credit card through our billing platform. We have since fixed this issue and payments will now be processed via the he Stripe payment gateway. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have now rectified the Payments issue some users have been experiencing, and switched our credit and debit card processor to Stripe rather than Braintree. This will mean a difference in the way your payment is processed and you will receive a secondary email receipt from Stripe.
