We are proud to offer a reliable service to our customers. However, from time to time, we may experience issues – rest assured, we will always be on top of the problem to restore functionality as quickly as possible.

We are continuously improving our platform and, in order to do that, we schedule our maintenance windows outside business hours.

This server is hosted in the USA so it is geographically separate from our UK data centres and network infrastructure.

Customer Support Coronavirus Impact

Like all businesses, we are having to implement changes to meet the needs of our staff and customers in response to the recent Public Health emergency.

Our resource levels have been impacted and this in turn is causing increased response times to customer and supplier queries.

While we endeavour to continue to offer telephone, email, live chat, ticket and WhatsApp support during this time, there are some scenarios where this is not possible.

All our Control Panel services will remain available outside of any planned maintenance, and should you have any issues, please do get in contact with us.

Network Status DDos Attack on DNS Servers

We are currently facing a DDoS attack against our DNS Servers. As such this means all client sites (including our own), that use our nameservers for their domain, will be unreachable. Please be assured that your services and data remain secure and online, however the server that resolves your domain into an IP address is currently unavailable.

We will update both here and on Twitter @mediablazehosts with more information as soon as possible.

We apologise for this inconvenience and hope to have the matter resolved as soon as possible.
